Compensation: A$100-130k (including superannuation) + bonus

Is this role right for you?
We’re looking for a technically minded client-facing consultant to simplify our solutions for our global customers. You will work with our Sales team (as well as our product and development teams) to support sales, and secure a technical close for complex client opportunities.
This is a new and pivotal role at Affinda. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions to new customers, by establishing a clear understanding of their technology and compliance requirements, to ensure successful integration between our services.

Do you have the background we’re looking for?
You have 3+ years of experience supporting sales with technical support across cloud-based solutions
You are enthusiastic about learning new technologies to test, and validate, proposed customer deployments
You have experience interacting with REST API structures and associated tooling, e.g., Postman
You have exposure to various programming/scripting languages (but you don’t need to be a developer!)
You are familiar with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, podman), and ideally have experience in MSI deployments and Group Policy
You are customer focused and curious
You understand sales pipeline management and revenue-based targets
You possess exceptional organisational skills
You are a strong communicator, and able to build relationships internally and with customers
